The hydraulic oil cylinder is a hydraulic actuator that converts hydraulic energy into mechanical energy and makes linear reciprocating motion (or swing motion). It is simple in structure and reliable in operation. When it is used to realize reciprocating motion, the reducer can be avoided, there is no transmission clearance, and the motion is stable, so it is widely used in various mechanical hydraulic systems. Output force of the hydraulic cylinder is proportional to effective area of the piston and pressure difference on both sides; The oil cylinder is basically composed of cylinder barrel and head, piston and piston rod, sealing device, buffer device and exhaust device. Transmission principle of hydraulic cylinder: oil is used as the working medium to transmit power through the internal pressure of oil.

1. Power part: convert the mechanical energy of the prime mover into the pressure energy (potential energy) of the oil. For example: various hydraulic pumps.

2. Execution part: convert the oil pressure energy input by the hydraulic pump into the mechanical energy driving the working mechanism. For example: various hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic motors.

3. Control part: used to control and adjust the pressure, flow and flow direction of oil. For example, various pressure control valves and flow control valves.

4. Auxiliary part: connect the first three parts together to form a system, which plays the role of oil storage, filtering, measurement and sealing. For example, soft and hard pipelines, connectors, oil tanks, oil filters, accumulators, seals and display instruments.
