Oil pollution treatment measures for hydraulic station

1. Reduce latent pollutants

(1) Strictly check the pollution degree of the parts. During the transportation and storage of purchased parts, pay attention to sealing to prevent pollutants from sneaking in.

(2) Before the hydraulic station is assembled, whether it is new or reinstalled after inspection, the components shall be carefully cleaned. The paint is the residual sand of the castings in the pump, and the iron filings in the dead corners of the inner cavity can be sucked out with magnets.

(3) Strengthen oil management. The hydraulic oil shall be sampled for inspection when entering the factory. After passing the inspection, it shall be filtered and injected into the storage container. Pay attention to sealing during storage to prevent oxidation and deterioration.

2. To prevent the invasion of pollutants, it is mainly controlled from two aspects: assembly and use:

(1) Reduce environmental pollution. The manufacturer of the hydraulic station shall try to pressurize the assembly site where conditions permit, so that the indoor pressure is higher than the outdoor pressure to prevent atmospheric dust pollution. When disassembling the pump, users should pay attention to closing the doors and windows to prevent dust from entering.

(2) Warm processing and dry loading methods shall be used to lubricate or clean the process. During assembly, in order not to leave the washing liquid on the surface of the parts and affect the assembly quality, please use dry assembly, dry the parts with dry compressed air, and do not use wire, cloth and other fibers to clean the parts.

(3) When the hydraulic pump leaves the factory, it shall be subject to bench test, loading, high-pressure running in and cleaning. The oil in the hydraulic station is polluted by the oil in the hydraulic system of the body. Because the early contaminated oil will invade the hydraulic pump, there is no multiple filtering in the hydraulic system of the test bench, and the oil contamination capacity of the filter is large. The filter is easy to disassemble and cleaned regularly. If the oil exceeds the service limit, please change the oil in time.
